Having gone to a wonderful hair stylist in the San Francisco area for twenty years,I was convinced I would never find anyone to replace her when we moved to Virginia. I need not have worried. I found a true artist in the field of hairdressing when I discovered Carlos in Leesburg! On a scale of 1-10 he is a perfect 10! My hair has never looked better! I love the cut. I just love everything about the people and the service. Carlos has cut my hair for about 10 years now. He is truly an artist and cuts and styles hair to perfection. Recently I had the oportunity to try the massage offered by Zachary and he is the best I have ever had. I have health issues, and he is truly helping me with my pain management. He offers discounts for package of 3 and I recommend you do this. You can't lose the price is great and the service better! You won't regret going here for any service they offer.  Behanz has done my hair for 30 years and i wouldn't think of having anyone else styling my hair-- for the last eight years i have driven from Winchester weekly -- she is truly an artist-- my husband has always called her the lady with the magic comb-- over the years she has come to be a dear friend- she is one of the nicest and one of the best people that i know and certainly the very best hairdresser in northern Virginia

I am new to the salon, having my hair cut by Carlos. I was very happy with his work on layering my long hair. Layering long hair is one of the hardest haircuts to give, and Carlos did a fantastic job the first time! The salon is great, very stylist yet cozy, and located right in the town of Leesburg. I used to travel to Reston Town Center for my haricuts, but now I can travel closer to home, and recieve what I think is a better style, at a better price than I paid at the salon in Reston.

I have been going to Carlos for over 30 years. He is a true professional who takes the time to get to know his customers and treat them in a friendly, courteous manner. I have followed him from Sterling to Ashburn and now Leesburg. If you want a great haircut (and beard trim) you cannot find a better salon than Carlos's.

I just went the other day to Carlos's salon to get my hair done, after searching dozens of websites and only liking the look of his, and he did an amazing job!!! I was a little worried about letting anyone cut my hair , but he was fantastic! I recommend this salon highly. The owner was most courteous and professional. I don't think it could have been a better experience.

hey carlos, i love what youve done to my hair, im only 14 years of age and i was so worried that if i highlighted my hair it would look dry and old, but since your products are so natural it came out just the way i imagined it. you will definetly be seeing me more often. i will recomend your salon and day spa to my friends.. maybe you can hook me up with a free haircut, haha!

She was comfortable going to your salon because she knows just how happy I have been with your salon for the last nine years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Carlos and his team do a wonderful job on my cut and color...been going here since last October, and it's always been friendly service resulting in an enjoyable experience. He's remodeled an old home in downtown Leesburg and added his va va voom to turn it into a full-service salon. I haven't yet tried all of the services, but based on multiple visits (and comments from those who I've sent there as well), I'll continue to be a regular. The ambiance coupled with the consistent service and friendly atmosphere make it a nice place to spend an hour (or three).

I recently came to Carlos's shop after some problems at my previous salon. I'd had a bad body wave that damaged my hair and my hair color didn't suit my skin tone. He's correcting the problems with the body wave and changed the color to better suit me. I'd also had my make-up done by Behnez and loved the results.
Carlos, Behnez and their staff are so nice and very professional. They really care how you look and want you to be happy with the results.
After years of trying many other salons I feel like I have found a shop that understands what I want.

Carlos is amazing...a real miracle worker (and I'm not exaggerating!) I found myself at at different salon recently and they completely ruined my hair...both color and cut. Carlos spent close to 4 hrs dedicated to making it right. And every step of the process he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. A true artiste! It's no accident that he's been in business for 30+ yrs and has such a great reputation. Thanks Carlos, I'm looking forward to many return visits!

First time to try Carlos salon.Carlos colored my hair, which was in pretty bad shape due to long standing illness. It is the best color job I've ever had. No burning or itching, no bad smell. The most beautiful color, and beyond soft.

Carlos has been cutting my hair for at least 15 years, and has been cutting my chilren's hair all their lives. He is wonderfully talented, professional, and cares about tailoring a haircut to your needs and hair type. He is particularly good at hair coloring, and cutting thick, curly hair.

I was looking for someone who really knew how to cut, style and color my type of hair. I did not like the other salons I was going to and they were too expensive. My friend told me about Carlos Salon and Day Spa and decided to go. She highly recommended him and his salon. So I said okay let's do it. I loved my first time there. He cut and styled my hair and it was terrific! I love the decor of the salon and the music. You feel very pampered. Very professional and friendly staff. My second time there, I needed to get my hair colored for a community theatre show I was going to be performing in. The director wanted red. I had light brown highlights and brown hair color. I was a little bit nervous but Carlos put me at ease. He answered any questions I had. He did a fantastic job! I LOVE MY NEW RED and after the show, I am keeping it. Thanks Carlos. See you soon.
